What is the difference between Synthetic Hair and Natural Human Hair?
Synthetic hair is made from high-quality fibers and is more affordable, while natural human hair offers a more realistic look, longer lifespan, and can usually be styled with heat tools.
Can I wash hair extensions and wigs?
Yes, both synthetic and natural hair products can be washed and reused; for best results, follow the care instructions provided with the product, use a mild shampoo, avoid excessive heat, gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb, and store the product properly when not in use
Can I use a hair straightener or curling iron on the hair?
Natural human hair can generally be styled with heat tools. For synthetic hair, please check the product description, as only heat-resistant synthetic hair can be styled using heat
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to hygiene reasons, hair products cannot be returned once opened or used. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received
